do we need co sponser??plz help

hello vj readers, we file to nvc from abroad " egypt" as my wife moved here early this month after we got approval

any ways , she left her job and now we are in NVC stage , we now prepare for AOS, but as i said my wife got paid for februrey then she moved to egypt as she was working

steady job with the state till end of feb ,BUT SINCE START OF MARCH ,SHE IS NOT WORKING

the question is :

can she put her employment till februrey? will this do or must the recent month be included ?

as we file for NVC from abroad , should we get a co sponser?

will co sponser delay the case ?

how long the case take to b cancelled at NVC if we got delayed coz of this sponser thing or waited till we respond nvc for any reason ?

Please edit your timeline to show the date you got NOA2

Get a co-sponsor. It will only slow you down if you fill out papers slowly

Egypt can be strict about financials

Unless shemade over 19,000 in those 2 months she will needa co-sponsor

Or if she has about 60,0000 in savings she can use that

Or if she has a 401K cash out value of 60,000 she can use that

I agree. Unless she meets the requirements above you'll want to get a co-sponser. The paperwork won't be cancelled but it will be delayed until you get a co-sponser. Sometimes at the interview stage the US Embassy in Cairo can turn you away by telling you to get a co-sponser, even if you meet the the financial requirements. They seem to be doing this a lot lately in the more recent years.
