HELLO, I came to the states with a 6 month tourist visa in May 28 2012.

I got married to my husband, a us citizen on November 19 2012.

Now I am just starting the procedures to change my status and everything else that is needed.

I have a few guestions;

1) Which forms and other documents are needed ?

When my husband was filling out the forms for our wedding he wrote that I would get his last name after the wedding.

2) In the forms should I use my last name or my new (husband's) last name? (I am trying to fill the I-130 now)

Moved from DCF to adjustment of status from work student tourist visa as the OP is not filing DCF in their country but AOS inside the USA.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
