Hi

Good day!

I would just like to ask, because we recently filed our Form I130 last January to Chicago lockbox and got our NOA1 in the same month with MSC receipt number. Should we also file Form I129?

Or Form I130 would be suffice for us to get an NOA2?

Im sorry, I am just confused with the process.

If you're filing for the CR-1, you don't need the I-129. Go to this link and read up on the forms to make sure you sent the correct ones. Otherwise, you can expect an RFE.
