I just want to know where to start. Me and my wife are living separately, we got married in Miami and since we both just moved to different states we're going to start the divorce process in one of the states we're living in right now. My 2 year GC expires in August and I know I have to File for RoC 90 days before this date. What should I do since I still havent started the divorce process? Im planning on going to the courthouse this week.. Thanks before hand for the answers

You can file I-751 and not send the divorce decree and hope that divorce goes through soon enough, because they are going to send you a RFE for the decree. I believe the time they give you to reply to the RFE is 87 days. I think one thing you need to figure out before you file for divorce is to make sure your new state does not have this requirement that you live in the state for atleast 6 months to establish residency before you can file for divorce. Some states also have a minimum amount of separation time before divorce is allowed.
