Sorry if i sound crazy here but just dont want the US embassy in Ghana to hit my spouse with misrepresentation.

When I filled G-325a with the I-130 under the employment section for the last five years(5), I put the only one(1)job my spouse have ever had and also put uemploy from "this date" to "present" as she was unemployed after that job but on the DS-230 I only put her only one(1) job like i did for the G-325a when it asked for employment for the last ten(10)years and did NOT put unemploy from "this date" to "present" like i did on G-325a.

So basically I have on G-325a the unemploy and the one job while on DS-230 I only had the one job listed but did not put unemploy from "this date" to "present".

Do u guys think i should let her bring a new corrected ds-230 to the interview to match the G-325a or it does not matter because unemploy is NOT a job.

Sorry if am being paranoid but i dont want no problems for my spouse at the US embassy in Ghana whom always looking for reasons.

Thanks and hope for responds.

I'm thinking you might get a RFE for the DS-230 since you didn't put anything for the last 10 years as the form requested. You would respond back with an explanation of unemployed then.

FYI, my husband was unemployed some years also, but even though unemployed is not a job, it is the way to account for ALL 10 years, and that is what they asked for. But maybe another member will come along and correct me if I am wrong.
