i filed aos last august 2,and had my biometric last sept.04...i didn't file EAD along with my aos. just month ago,i decided to file for EAD coz i really wanted to work since my AOS wasn't approve yet.seems like forever. :( now i'm confused coz they sent me appointment letter for EAD biometrics . my question is, do i have to do another biometric since I'm done having one for AOS? i called them, and the lady i talked said i shouldn't have get another one , and then i doubted,i called again then i spoke with a guy and he said i should go for it. . btw, it's just the local USCIS is too far to travel. the agents i spoke confused me with different answers. maybe here someone will enlighten me. thanks.

If they are requesting you to do biometrics, go do them.

I did my AOS and EAD at the same time, on the Bio-metrics form it stated both the AOS and EAD in a separate column.

This suggests that they need a separate Bio-metrics for each of them.

If they ask you to do this you should go ahead and do the Bio-metrics.

Good Luck.
