Hi VJ!

I just want to clarify about the item no. 11 of DS 2029 "Evidence of US Citizenship, If Alien, Show Nationality and this is the instruction given " List the type of document, document number, date and place of issuance, and name of individual as recorded on the document if different than item 6...For a list of permissible documents, see instructions on documentary evidence.If parent is not a US Citizen, show nationality.

im confused on this item esp. the statement if different than item no. 6.

My fiance's evidence of being a US Citizen is his US Passport...

I would like to ask also what will i write on the side of my Fiance who is the US Citizen and what will i write on my side..

Please Help..Thank you so much!!!

ok...those information for you and for your husband..one side for the US citizen and 1 side for you.

their talking about what kind of id or document ur showing to them to prove the nationality. and if your using ur passport answer the same in ur side

date of issuance and date of expiration
