I have the same situation. I was a tourist, then met my wife, fell in love, we married after 6 months since we first had met. In 2 weeks I filed an application. In 2,5 months after that I had my interview that took more than 2 hours. The officer made copies but didn't look over any of our documents. I got the same paper "held for review with possible second interview". Our officer said unlikely we would be scheduled for the second interview but you never know. As I understand rules and procedures vary from state to state, from office to office. California is immigration state. Moreover all the stories in this topic have red flags: tourist visa and too quick marriage. Of course officers suspect. But at the same time as I understand it's normal practice to hand this paper. At least they need to compare our answers with the documents we submitted since many answers for their questions they can find in our documents as well. So let's all hope for the best.
