hi guys i have a question i hope someone will help me right the way

i was married with USC and 10 years green card by her but we got divorced after 2 years of divorced i got marriage again with pakistani girl now what petition i have to file to get her here in usa ??and how long this proces take time ?

You file a I-130 spousal petition, there will be a wait for about 2-3 years.

How quickly after the ten year greencard did you get divorced? How quickly after the divorce did you re-marry? There may be major red flags here.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
