Hi all,

I filed two I-130 petitions to Chicago lockbox, I had to make an address change on one petition(forgot to put the p.o. box just street address, I asked the tier 1 help what the status was on the petitions and said they were at the NBC? is that the USCIS? she couldn't say anymore than that only that its in review.

All I-130 petitions filed after August 2012 are sent to NBC. It's normal.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.
