Hello everyone,

I sent my AOS and I-130 packet on 03/04/13. Chicago lockbox received it 03/06/13. I am concerned now because I just realized I only sent 2 passport sized photos in the AOS package for my husband (the beneficiary.) should I have sent 4? 2 for I-485 and 2 for I-765? The kicker here is that I thought I didn't have to because he was granted EAD cards in the past. So for renewals, you just need a copy of the I-94 and previous EAD card. Unfortunately, my brain just starting working when I realized that since he is filing or a whole new AOS, I should have checked "permission to accept employment" instead of "renewal". Am I right? And if so, what is the worst case scenario now that I have already sent our forms?

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks :)

Yes you should have sent 4 pictures and you should have put "permission to accept."

Some people have gotten RFEs for more passport photos and some have only sent 2 photos and not gotten a RFE, so you will just have to wait and see what happens.

Sunday is a slow day on VJ so I wouldn't expect an immediate answer.
