DS3032 via email or mail

Hey guys,

I received AOS and DS3032 email from NVC, I am planing to use VJ DS3032 tamplet to send NVC email for choice of agent or do I send ds39032 in mail?

I wanted to use email which is fast... I hope Ds3032 will be accepted via email.. any thought

You can send in the email version, if you want the process to be faster. The beneficiary (or the petitioner can use the beneficiary's email if they have their password) and send the DS-3032 using the template to NVC. It might take a few days or weeks to get approved. Do you have your NVC case number? Once you have the case number (assuming you might have it already), you can then send the DS-3032 email.

if u send 1st email attemp but wait for a week and get no response accept,,, then send 2nd one and on the subject line put down like this ... ATTENTION TO T2 SUPERVISOR THIS IS 2ND time send DS3032 send by email...... then you will get the answer right away.

Hey Guys,

Oe more thing, when sending AOS packet with documents, I will be writing NVC case number on each documents.

Should I write case number on completed AOS form I-864?

I would recommend doing so. If anything gets separated from another page it would be the fastest way for them to be put back where they belong. I put our case numbers on everything.
