So these are the forms I need to send in:

I-130

G-325A

I-864

I-485

I-765

G-1145

Do all these forms get sent in at the same time, and also do I need to go for a medical, and when does that need to be done?

You can add the 131 also. You need to get the medical done prior to sending the forms.

I don't plan on traveling out of the country before getting permanent residency, that is why I didn't include the 131

Yeah but you never know what might come up. e.g. a family member suddenly falls seriously ill or dies

If you know for sure you won't travel, it is not needed. We didn't file for it either, and never even left the country in the meantime. Good luck!
