Quick Question on Removing Coniditions..

My husband has his permanent residency card, next year we will be filing the I-751 form..But i still have a few questions...

Is the I-751 the only form i need to do?

What exactly are the conditions that are being removed?

What will the I-751 allow him to do?

Also, is he allowed to travel outside the USA now and after he recieves his green card if he wanted to go back to Scotland to visit his family?

Right now your hubby is a "conditional' permanet resident. It's only good for 2 years.

The 1-751 is to get him his 10 year green card.

When you get your NOA-1, that, along with his 2 year green card will count as a one year extension for travel and work authorization. He will need that paper when traveling to Scotland and back (Along with current green card and passport)
