Hello all VJ members

I have few questions for u guys

my husband is on AP since October 2012 but his medical going to expire this week. can you guys give me some ideas about what embassy will do next? London embassy has his passport but isn't u need ur passport for medical exam? so do u think they will return his passport to have another exam? and if they do how that will effect his AP? do u think it will take more time to finish his AP? ..

Just wait for London to make the next move. Don't do anything about the medical until they have cleared up the AP. Then if they need another clearance on TB, they will tell you. Knightsbridge has let other attend a medical on a photo driving license, when the UKHO had their Pakistan passport over 7 months and wouldn't return it.

we emailed the embassy again about his case status and still nothing/no reply from them. why they are not emailing back to us?? every time i call DOS they say the same thing " ur case is still processing." dont know whats going on

The consulate in Naples no longer responds to emails who are inquiring about individual cases. I must work exclusively through my congressman's office and they have not been much help.
