Hello

Last summer I was in USA with J1 visa only for the summer time and I felt in love. I wanted to go there again this year but I have refused J1 visa. I have quation can I apply for any other visa to go there? We really love each other and even thinking to engage. I am just worry if will be a problem that I have already refused visa and how long is gonna take it?

A J-1 visa is not an immigrant visa and refusal of non-immigrant visas usually don't effect immigrant visas. You can try for the tourist visa but you'll have to show proof of ties back home. If that doesn't work your boyfriend can visit you until you're ready to apply for the K-1.
