Hi to All, I am just confused on what to answer for this question: List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known. Give DHS "A" number if any.. I am petitioning my Dad and he used to work as a seafarer and traveled so many places/countries.. one of those was in the USA back in 2005. Aside from that, he also traveled in the USA several times in the 80's and 90's under C1 visa that had expired in 2008. My question is.. Does he need to write all the times he was in the USA in the 80's/90's.. or can he just write the most recent travel that was in 2005? I will really appreciate your answers. Thanks

My answers are in CAPS.

Does he need to write all the times he was in the USA in the 80's/90's..

NO.

or can he just write the most recent travel that was in 2005?

YES.

The only "times" the USCIS will only [consider] be concerned about are the stamps [copies of] submitted with his [and yours] paperwork.

This is my personal knowledge of others experience.

Should anyone else dispute my post, I ask that they provide credible evidence... Not just that is not what I have heard.

Best of luck!
