Hi Guys,

Was doing a bit of back reading, and I found this, http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/363445-i-130-question-21/

My situation is a bit of the same. I lived abroad, for 12 years, thats where I met my wife. I moved back to the states last year, but a month ago, I went home to marry her.

Is my Answer "I have lived in the Same country, but not yet resided together." a safe answer? Should I write down the years I lived in the country? OR Should I just write down, "N/A"?

Thank you guys.

Thank you guys.

It's a perfectly safe answer, if you have lived in the same country but not yet resided together.

Great! Should I indicate the years we lived in the same country? Or just leave it blank since its asking for years lived together. Thank you very much!

The dates are for dates you lived together, not just in the same country. I lived in the same country as my first wife for 22 years before marriage but we did not reside together until AFTER the marriage. Always answer the actual question.
