My husband and I are waiting to be reaffirmed after his petition was sent back after his interview on January 12, 2012. How long did it take for you to be reaffirmed after submitting new evidence?

I have heard that it usually takes about the same time to schedule a new interview as it did to schedule you first interview after NVC notified you that your petition was completed finished.

I am sure you will hear something very soon.

NOA 1 November 15, 2010

NOA 2 August 25, 2011

Closed NVC Ocotber 11, 2011

Interview Date: January 12,2012

Thank you my wonderful God in Heaven.

The lawyer submitted the documents to Uscis before they contacted us because he said he knows exactly what the wanted.

They were submitted in October 2012 and they reopen the case on Jan. 16 2013 the affirmed the petition the same day and send it to NVC but i dont know how long it took the embassy to recieve it from nvc because nvc said on jan 11 the sent it to the Embassy. The Embassy is the one that is going to set an interview date buit today they said the dont get it form nvc.

I am so confused.

I hope you will hear something soon.

God bless
