I 130-child's birth cert has date of marriage, but not married

I am a permanent resident , my husband a USC is petitioning my 16 yr old son. However I am encountering problems, I wasn't married to my sons father but there was a date of marriage in his birth certificate. I have an affidavit saying that nomarriage took place, nso cert of no marriage had it red ribboned by the consulate, and got a certificate ofno marriage from the civil registry .What else do I need to do? Please help me.

You should go to the Local Civil Registry where your son's BC is recorded and report the error. Bring the documents with you.

If there are any errors/misinformation in the BC, it should be properly amended by the LCR and NSO.

By the way, how do we go thru the process of amendment?

The Local Civil Registry (LCR) will be able to help you since they will facilitate the process.
