DS-3032 for Beneficiary

Hey everyone. I'm sending my packages out this morning once I grab some more printer ink and print out the remaining documents (the poor trees... :/) My question is, do I need to send a DS-3032 for my husband, the beneficiary, if I have already sent in my DS-3032 months ago? Or do we both need to establish an agent?

Okay, I'm confused by your question. Who is the USC? You or your husband? Because the DS3032 is supposed to be sent BY the beneficiary with the intent of choosing the petitioner as their "agent". If your husband is the beneficiary, he should've sent it to begin with. And anyway, in your timeline I see your IV fee has already been invoiced in paid. You need your DS3032 to be approved before your IV bill can be invoiced - so if it has already been accepted, why are you considering sending another one?

Sorry, I'm the USC. We sent in the DS-3032 online quite awhile back so I don't even remember who signed it. I was just reading Ling's NVC shortcuts and it wasn't quite clear in there. It said to send in the DS-3032 on top of the IV Docs, so I was confused... that's all :) Thanks for helping me clear it up!
