Okay so im very very concerned about this and i need help. Im the petitioner and i currently make the 125% above the poverty guidelines. I only worked for a month before the 31st of December and i will file my taxes but i wasn't making enough because it was part time and before that i never worked because i wasn't even in the US i was with my parents in Lebanon. So my concern is for both affidavits when the time comes( i-134 and later i-864) is having 4 to 7 months worth of paystubs, letters of employment, and a letter explaining why my taxes don't prove my current income enough for approval? This is already a stressful process and i don't wanna go through all the pressure and get denied. I also can't get a co-sponsor in any way cause all my family is in Lebanon. Im so worried and stressed out. Help . Btw im a November 2012 filer waiting for noa2.

It is your current income that is most important. You should have 5 or 6 months at your job by the time you would need the I-134. The letter from employer and pay stubs should be enough, especially if you make more than the 125% requirement and are not barely at the minimum needed. It should not be based on your 2012 taxes. That is your past. Your plan seems like a good one.
