Hi all, our interview is coming up next tuesday and i made copies and tried to get my docs in order. i want you all to see if i am missing anything.

first of all, i didn't make a complete copy of the stuff i sent ( yea i know i should have) but the only thing i didn't print out yet is the actual form of I130, 485..etc should i reprint them to take with me?

The main things i want ya'll to double check are the evidence of a bona fide marriag below:

pictures ( haven't reprinted them but will print a good bit to show history of an ongoing relationship sine engagement to trips we took together)

bank letter that shows our names and all accounts we have together as well as bank statements that we had together from the past few months

copy of my beneficiary designation showing my wife as beneficiary , it shows our address as well

several credit card statements showing her card and name

car insurance letter showing names and address

Medical application that we just submitted to get her on my insurance. She was on another carrier when she first entered and i have letter with her name and address on it as well

SSA letter showing her name and our address

ATT screen shot showing her as an authorized user to make changes to the account

engagement letter from pastor that officiated our engagement traditional ceremony

I have itineraries/boarding passes of honeymoon flights/hotels .

boarding passes of our recent Christmas vacation

jewelry receipts of our engagement/wedding rings

birthday card i sent her

english version of our wedding invitation along with a print out of wedding program.

the letter i received they requested

affidavit of support (already submitted but have copy), copy of her medical ( original sent), birth certs for her and proof of citizenship for me, and supporting evidence of relationship (above).

let me know ya'll thoughts ! i do appreciate the help as always. I can't believe the interview is so close and i don't want to mess it up !

regards,

Looks like you have most of the stuff you need. You can add more if you like...

-a joint tax return if you haven't added that yet.

-Also, a joint lease/letter from the landlord would be helpful.

-Listing her as next of kin/emergency contact

-Your current/ past few months pay stubs

I basically followed these few checklists for my interview:

http://www.longchangonline.com/protected/AOS%20Interview%20Checklist%20(EN).pdf

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/4858-23-hours-before-aos-interview/

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/410560-aos-interview-checklist-am-i-missing-anything/

The IO in our case only took 2 leases, auto insurance and bank statements.

Also, this link really helped me prepare myself for the interview:

I would definitely suggest getting a copy of everything with you. You won't regret it, trust me. Wish you all the best! I'll be praying for you. :star:

Thanks !

i did add her to be an authorized user on my electric bill so i did that after i posted .

I do have have my prevoius tax returns as well as my w2s for this past year, i haven't filed yet as i am a bit confused so i put that on the back burner for now until this interview is over. I did include the past 3 months of pay stubs and i do have letters from employers.

As far as a lease, i own my home and i sent an email to my mortgage company and they said i have to refinance in order to put her on my mortgage so that'll take a while

thanks so far - i'll check the links as well to prepare us for the interview.
