I got an RFE to submit more evidence of my marriage. I submitted like 30 photos from my three trips to Nicaragua and photos of my wedding. A whole year of cell phone logs, Proof of money wire, and two friends gave me an affidavite of bona fide married. Copy of the pages of my passport with the entry stamp, flight itinerary and stubs, and reservation for hotels, copy of a enveloped she sent me, and copy of a postcard.

I have two questions:

Would that be enough? and by when should I received and answer from them.

My case is in the Field office in San Antonio.

I am a little unclear. Did you send: 30 photos from my three trips to Nicaragua and photos of my wedding. A whole year of cell phone logs, Proof of money wire, and two friends gave me an affidavite of bona fide married. Copy of the pages of my passport with the entry stamp, flight itinerary and stubs, and reservation for hotels, copy of a enveloped she sent me, and copy of a postcard originally or as a result of the RFE? If you send them with the RFE, what did you send with the original filing?

On my initial submission I had proof of my previous trip, proof that she added my as a beneficiary on a bank account she has, and a couple of pictures. Also the marriage certificate was in there.

How long would it take to here back from them?

Well that is why you would get an RFE as that is definitely not enough evidence to provide with your initial package. I don't know how long it takes to receive an update when sending by regular post. Sorry, not much help I realize. When you submitted it did you send it in a way that allows you to track when it is at least received in the building?

I sent it express mail. It should be at the building by noon tomorrow.
