Wrong birthdate when I called NVC for approved K1 visa petition

I need help, can somebody enlighten me. K1 petition approved 01/29 and tried to call NVC last 02/05 to get MNL number and found out that they got wrong birthdate for me (petitioner). I wish that I will be able to get my MNL number so we can go ahead and proceed to the next step but unfortunately this happened. I already forwarded a scanned copy of my birth certificate and passport, can you tell me how long I have to wait for them to fix it or if NVC will send me notification once they forward the case to Manila Embassy. Does the letter shows the MNL number too?

Any information is greatly appreciated...

we just got approved too last JAN.28,2013 and my fiance still did not call NVC for the mnl# been a week already so he can call NVC at least 1week after the approval,coz we wanna start it soon once we get the MNL#..i am wondering how will they send the mnl# or what?still so confused about this stuff...

Tell him to start calling them, I just found out that they mistake when i called them, all the documentations sent to them has my birthdate and my NOA1 also has the right birthdate and I now they messed up. Even if it is their fault, I can't do anything but to wait..
