Hi all,

i applied for AOS on the 15 Jan 2013, yesterday i received RFE before receiving NOA 1 and Biometrics appointment. when i called lastweek abt my NOA 1 they informed me that they already sent it and i will be receiving it soon but the only thing that i received is the RFE. Today i called the customer care again, they informed me to respond to RFE first then they will send NOA1 and biometrics appt. Right now i m confused cause i thought you receive NOA 1 first with biometrics appt and then later they send RFE if any. Please need your advise

Suggest that you promptly respond to and resolve the RFE, so as not to delay your AOS process any longer than is necessary.

My advice is to do as told and respond to the RFE as soon as possible.
