Hello vjyers we are now preparing for our AOS and we just wanted to clarify some things in transcribing the vaccination record, other people said they were ok without transcribing the vaccination record they got from the medical since it is within a year from that date and the illegible for blanket waiver was also checked as well as the incomplete vaccination history and they didnt have an issue with their process. in my case the two boxes were also checked (incomplete and illegible for blanket waiver) i wanna know if there is someone here in VJ recently filed for AOS and did not transcribe their vaccination record and didnt had an issue.

Thanks everyone. We appreciate any helpful input from you guys as always :)

Moved from spousal visas to adjustment of status from family based visas as the OP is trying to file adjustment of status from a K-1 visa and is not filing for a spousal visa.
