Traditional Trained Midwife who delivered the baby at home

hi! is there somebody here who's having traditional trained midwife on the day of pregnancy delivery? that you delivered the baby at home and is processing CRBA/US passport for the baby? Since we don't have hospital bills and receipts,, what evidences can we provide? Thank you!

The Birth Certificate, you must have reported the birh to the country and attained a BC. It doesn't matter who performed the Birth.

yeah, i have already her BC.. i only have ultrasounds and prenatal records, so,, i thought of getting affdavit saying or proving or having witness of my baby's birth... but maybe ultrasounds and prenatal records would be enough ryt?.... thank u for the reply life'sjourney ;-)

I doubt an affidavit would help in providing credible evidence i.e. ‘blood relationship’ with the child and the US citizen parent, but you can include it.
