Form I-485

copy of passport applicant. biographical page (1 page) and entry stamp (1 page) (no I-94 since i entered on a VWP)

Do i miss something or is something plain wrong? I planning to send it tomorrow with USPS with express mail. I am normally assumed to leave the country on 2/16/2013 so will my processing date be in time?

Thanks a lot,

You could include:

- joint bank account

- joint car insurance (if applicable)

- joint health insurance

- joint lease agreement on apartment/house (or joint house ownership)

Some people also include photos as evidence for bona fide marriage, but I left that for the interview so they see something new as well...:)

Good luck!
