Ok guys. Here's the thing. I have photocopies of my dad's 2009 tax returns, 2010 tax returns and 2011. But he must of missed placed his 2011 tax returns in the house somewhere that I can't find. But he does have a photocopy of his 2011 but it has CLIENT COPY written across the pages. Is this okay to send the nvc these copies like this or what? Will they accept it this way? Should I call and ask them?

Also how should I explain in the AOS package why I haven't filed for taxes. I have never been employed and have never made an income in my life. I know you don't need to be employed to file taxes but what should I say?

Please reply asap.

Everything is worth explanation. The USCIS site states that if you aren't submitting taxes, you should include an explanation of why you aren't submitting a transcript.

As far as the client copy, I can't be of too much help, my apologies.
