hi,

I was just wondering if my US citizen husband needs to fill out that Form G-325a to support my aos apllication also.

as far as I know only I have to fill that out but I just want to make sure because for the I-129F we both had to fill out this form.

I know it is a stupid question again.

thank you anyway

Thank you VisaJourney

tachy,

When applying to adjust status read the instructions for I-485, not the instructions for I-129f.

xjennyinstereox,

I-130 does not apply in tachy's situation.

You had to fill out two - not one - correct? One for I-130 and another for I-485?
