for me ive received my visa 2-3 working days....in my case my interview was Friday and i received my visa Tuesday

Sort of a pick a number kind of thing. Ours was two weeks and we were just outside of Makati in Taguig. I read yesterday of someone getting theirs in like 3 days... wow! So like said its anyone guess.

Here is a link for requirements for receiving your passport with the visa, there are also options for tracking the status of your visa/passport is currently. You can also change delivery options.

Mine took 8days after I got approved including saturday and sunday.. I'm from Cebu by the way!
