guys.. is I-134 and I- 864... both said it is affidavit of support... are they the same form.. both need for k1 fiance visa applicants... pls clear things up.. cause what i received is only I-134.. from my fiance(petitioner), not I-864....i am a k1 applicant

For your interview, you will only need the I-134 plus the supporting documents (W2, 1040, pay stubs, letter of employment).

You will need the I-864 after you and your fiance get married and file for AOS.

Your fiancee is correct with the I-134c
