So I'm little confused,please,someone advice!

so some time ago i sent I-130 for both-my mom and dad as one package in one envelope.

then i got an email from USICS saying that my case has been sent to NVC.

but it wasn't mentioned, was it only one of the petitions of or both of them?

When they get petitions for both parents- do they review it as a package or separate??

thanks in advance!!!

I sent my parents petitions together but they weren't adjudicated at the same time. Have you tried checking their case status online (uscis site? The petitions are processed separately.

Thank's for a reply,let-it-be!

i checked USICS site and it says "they received THIS petition and bla bla bla".....SO i guess they talk about only one of them.

So now my question is,does it mean my parents will have different interview dates?that will be so inconvenient!!

That was my initial reaction too when my dad's petition was approved first (Dec 3rd) while mom's was Dec 14th. I thought they would have different interview schedules. To ensure that they will be processed together in NVC,my dad's case number & IIN invoiced was assigned Dec 31st & my mom's was on Jan. 14th, so that very same day the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) were emailed & AOS fee was paid. You only need to pay one (1) AOS fee for multiple cases. I sent my AOS packets a couple of days later when they finally took out the money from our bank account. I'm confident now that they will have the same interview schedule.
