She said the interview went well and that they only asked three questions and they just needed the I-134 and W2 for 2011. They didn't want to see any other documents she had, they remarked that they had more than enough supporting documentation when I original submitted the I-129f. Apparently her CENOMAR was expired by one day. They gave her a form to take to Pasay to have attached to a form she needs to fill out and that they will have the form forwarded to them. They kept both of there passports and told her congratulations and good luck.

The little one got sick during the interview and she said they were nice about it.

So I believe once they get the CENOMAR she is good to go. They said she will get confirmation in 10 days.

I hope this is good news..........

i think it's a good news :)

They just need the confirmation from the NSO office. And them keeping her passport is a good sign.

My better half said they explained since it has been a year since she received her annulment and CENOMAR that they wanted to make sure she was still single. That typically they only accept the CENOMAR within one year of it being obtained.

She got a paper from them (not a 221g) but a fax sheet with the Embassy number on it and she needs to go to Pasay and fill out a form and they will fax this sheet along with the other document back to the embassy.

I asked her about the 221g and she said all what she needed was the form they gave her. It was some sort of release form for them to fax the CENOMAR to them.
