:yes::yes::yes: We were given date for INTERVIEW !!!. Things did not work out as planned with the pick-up of packets 3 & 4 but we are satisfied and will take it. He went to Embassy on Tuesday at 11am hr and was told to come back on Wednesday at earlier time. He arrived at Embassy on Wednesday at 7am hr and had to wait until 11am and was then let inside and given a ticket to wait to be called. When called went to window they took case number and entered in the system and he was told that they mailed the packets out on Monday 11/06/06 they told him that he would have to wait for the packets but told him the interview date had been set for 1/29/07. :dance::dance::dance: WILL JUST HAVE TO HAVE MORE PATIENCE AS WE COUNT DOWN THE DAYS,WEEKS AND MONTHS :D

12/18/03 MARRIED IN NIGERIA

1/6/04 Left my Love to return to USA.

INTERVIEW DATE SEPT 13, 2004

Going to NIGERIA 9/8/04 SO HAPPY 9/13/04 Interview. WE had a really hard time. They guy that interviewed us was raciest so we are waiting now. We were put on REVIEW.

4/01/05 Going to Nigeria to see my beloved. 4/05/05 I became Pregnant

4/15/05 Went to embassy to see about our case. They said they are still processing be done soon.

5/01/05 Went to embassy again to see if there almost through with the case. Said that they will be done with it soon No need to worry.

5/12/05 Returned to America went to Doctor to confirm Pregnancy

8/12/05 Steve goes to the embassy they called him. They told him the need more paper work

8/14/05 he provided all the paper work and they still said that they will be finished soon.

9/13/05 YEAR SINCE OUR INTERVIEW

1/02/06 Baby Girl Kelita Amaka born

2/7/06 Sent out packet to finish I130

2/15/06Sent out all the fees

5/06/06 RFE need info from Hubby

6/1/06 recieved his packet sent it back in

6/7/06 in system again

6/14/06 Case completed

1/16/07Interiew *requested DNA test of Our Daughter

02/15/06 Case complete (thank you James Shortcuts- only 6 weeks!)

04/19/06 tired of waiting, filed k-3 #2 ( petition is still lost in oblivion)

09/11/06 NVC scheduled CR-1 interview/ on to Lagos (thank God after 7 months of waiting!)

10/14/06 Interview date (success!)

10/18/06 Hubby goes to pick up visa- not ready ( ugh what's going on!)

10/19/06 Visa in hand ( thank you God!)

1-13-06 - hubby sent off DS-230 pack for a second time

1-23-06 - NVC rec'd DS-230 pack, the waiting begins.

2-7-06 - called NVC, case completed on 1-26-06, thank you lord, NVC stated waiting on confirmation from lagos regarding interview date.

9-13-06 - called NVC, they stated case was forwarded to Lagos on Sept. 11th and Dans interview is Oct. 19, 2006. Thank you dear lord.

10-19-06 - Dan had his interview and was approved. Will pick up visa on Wed. My king is finally coming home. Visa wasn't ready, had to go back on Mon. Oct. 30th to pick it up. Has it in hand.

11-17-06 - Dan arrives at Detroit Metro Airport at 11:00 a.m. This is one happy day for us.

11-25-06 - Dan receives his social security card.

12-06 - Dan receives 3 welcome letters and his green card shortly afterwards.

I just wanted to send out a heartfelt thanks to those that have or will congratulate us on our success in this process. I want to relax now Neya- but something just want let me as my mind is still in a frenzy about what's going to happen next as I have done everything possible on my end and now it's his turn to play the document game. TPC- I was in deep thoughts about your comment and could very well use some of that queen treatment right now, I was thinking about being feed and waited on :lol::lol::lol: that would be good right about now.
