I see that one of the users Mario got his I-751 packet returned because he used a water based ink to sign and it was mistaken for a photocopy.

I used a paper mate black ink ball point pen to sign. Should it be okay ?? any views ? Thanks

I prefer use to Blue Ink pen when signing these docs, as I heard alot of RFE because of black pen photocopy confusion.

Whatever you did, it should be fine if you feel it really feels like a actual pen sign.
