I'm wondering if I can get more information on this? I'd like to help out a friend who lives in Tijuana to maybe to file for this. What I've seen it's the same as a B2/Visitor Visa but only limited to 25 miles and 78 hours, which is fine because we all live San Diego.

Is the paperwork the same as the B2 application, or anything special to try to apply for this specific visa? Any info will be appreciated!
