This sh!t will never fly. We all know this. Don't listen to the rhetoric. That is all.

It would have. Until yesterday. Not any longer.

Indeed. They would have introduced it as a "secret" FAA regulation (just like the

"no fly" list) without any legislation or congressional oversight whatsoever.

I might understand why they would want to know why a US citizen might want to travel to Iran for instance.

What? What muthafcukin' business of the government is it why a citizen wants to travel to Iran? I've lived in a place where one needed an exit visa in order to go anywhere. Spare me this ####### here. Please.

The gov't shouldn't be allowed to dictate where you can and cannot travel, but they'd still

want to know what you're up to :)

this would be horrible for all citizens...

but also, the logistics of checking every passenger travelling out of the country.... they cant just fob this one off to Homeland security or the FBI ... could you imagine... we know that name check is hell now so under this system I am presuming that they will first check the passengers name then if it is a hit... SOL...

At least there will be a tonne of jobs going just to check this out... I mean look at how many millions of people travel out of the country every year, if this comes to pass without a infrastructure that allows quick ease of processing it will fall apart in a week...

I am hoping that this is once again a mistake and will not happen.. no one should be aprisoner in their own country... unless you truely fu#$ed up

Depending on your standing. It's already a requirement to inform the government when visiting countries with radical governments, high terrorist activity, or the like...
