I am trying to log in to this website: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signon

I even tried different browsers but I keep getting this message :

Database Error

You have encountered the database error. Please try again later.

Can someone please tell me what's going on? We have logged on many times before. Is it the time zone?

That happened to me throughout the process, more than once. But then it would suddenly kick in. Their site is designed to be used with Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the reply. It seems like we paid the AOS. It sent me shiver down my spine when I have tried more than 10 times with different browser. I paid the AOS just now in Google Chrome browser. Delaying 2 more weeks so I can pay the IV bill.. kicking.gif

get internet explorer v8 on a pc running winders.

It absolutely works with that combo.

Don't have one? Check out yer libraries, universities, local fedex kinkos offices around you.
