N400 @ Indianapolis service center

Hello everybody,

There is almost no information about N400 processing time if filed in Indianapolis service center, therefore I have started this thread to share my current experience and it will be great if others can share their experience as will.

-N400 application sent on 08/09/2012

-Biometrics done in Indiana service center on 09/11/2012

-My current N400 status is “placed in line for interview scheduling”

-On 12/14/2012 called USCIS because 3 months has already passed and a service request has been issued.

-On 01/07/2012 I have received a letter by mail responding to the service request and informing me to contact USCIS if I did not receive an interview letter within three month from 01/07/2012.

This sounds too slow to me, and it will be great if others can share their current N400 application experience specially if filed in Indianapolis service center.

Sorry that you are experiencing these delays.

But this is EXACTLY why it's so important that VJ members take the time to complete their timelines. It's not enough to read the forums, ask and even give advice. The timelines are what you can do to leave a little capsule of your experience so that those coming after us will know what to expect .... even after we are long gone on our own After-VJ-Journeys.

So... if I haven't said it before .. and I have.... Please fill in your timelines.
