Hello All,

At this end of this week we will be filing our i-601 waiver petition for my wifes visa that was denied due to unlawful presence. Just trying to create thread of people that have gone though the waiver process in Lima. Any info is helpful. My hardship is based mostly on financial and psychological hardship. In addition to that we have a 8 month old son together that needs to be here in the states. Any have any info for me about processing times, approval percentage, or just any good Lima information. Our original petition was denied solely on unlawful presence and nothing else. Anything anyone?

I did not file in lima, but i was recently approved for my husbands waiver. Perhaps noone is responding because you are asking specifically about Lima. All i601 waivers now go to lockbox processing in the U S. What do you need help with?
