Sent incorrect I-29f

So here might be a first. Some how i printed out the sample version of the I-29f on VJ and that form ended up getting sent to USCIS instead of the correct one. How this happened i dont know because i triple checked everything. Obviously i'm an idiot. So today after calling with no luck, I recieved a letter in the mail with incorrect name John J. Smith. Inside it requested address update form AR-11 So they sent it to address that didnt exist and finally it found its way to me..guessing return address. So everything is wrong on the sent 1-29f form...this is exactly what they got... My link

I called them again and they told me i should write a letter explaning the situation and send to Cali Service Center..and wait for them to send back instuctions. Wish i could just send the correct i-129f and letter all in one shot but they said not to.

So opinions on how screwed i am?

I had the same problem but not that extreme. Sent them a letter of the mistakes then thats it..i hope that helps.

Well I would do as they instruct. Do you have a case#? Send a letter of explanation of what you did. Basically telling them to disregard everything sent and have a fresh new one. I would also send all the evidence again also. bascially the whole petition minus the fee. Do it immediately.

Well definately do the change of address thing and make sure they update it so that while you are going through this you don't miss anything from them and make sure you sign up for email and text alerts but I don't know if you can do that without a case number.

I did get a case number. In that letter was My NOA1 form I-797-C with the form AR-11 (Alien's Change of Address Card) on this form they are telling me to mail to:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Citizenship and Immigration Services

Attn: Change of Address

1344 Pleasents Drive

Harrisonbur, VA 22801

Should i send this seperate to that address or include it with my explanation letter and new I-29F? Also Im assuming they want me to put MY info on this form despite the name Alien Change of Address Form. Right?
