Received hard copy today and its stated <BR> The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. please contact the consulate with any question about visa issuance. My question is does that mean its not going to NVC ? OR IT HAS BEEN SENT DIRECTLY TO THE EMBASSY . Has anyone received this message too

It is sent to the embassy via NVC.

It will be sent to NVC but if K 1 it will be ther only a few days.,.,.,mine was received on Monday morning and sent to Manila Tuesday night.,., very quick.,.,now getting a hard copy of your MNL from NVC is another matter.,.,.,I am still waiting on sanil mail or e mail!! You cannot get a medical without a hardcopy of MNL fron NVC (St. Luke's Medical)
