When to 'N/A'?

So I filled out my form by using the sites one as a template. I have a qustion regarding the N/A's. Should you leave any blanks like there are on the sample doc on Visa Journey or did you put N/A where it wasn't applicable? Example I N/A all through the Mailing address info. If yours was the same as your Address above did you just leave this blank and did it go through ok or is N/A'ing it not ok?

anyone?

The Maining Address is required if different than above (address). Hence entering N/A is the right answer and I plan to do just that. However leaving it blank is also alright, as it is required only if the mailing address is different from the above address. Either answers are perfect but N/A is more appropriate answer.
