Hello,

I'm getting ready to send the package with the application and all of that and I was wondering if I need to include "Pictures, Bank Statements with our names, Letters..." all those extra documents we sent the previous times when applying for the visa, the residency or when lifting the conditions.

Or this time we just sent the Tax info and that's it??

Please let me know if we need to send the "Extra Fluff" or not hehehe....

July 08/2013 - NOA. Able to view case status online!

July 26/2013 - Bio Appointment

July 31/2013 - Scheduled for Interview, Case Status says I should receive letter shortly!

Aug 06/2013 - Got Interview letter in the mail

Sept 09/2013 - Citizenship Interview

Oct 11/2013 - Oath Ceremony- I'M A US CITIZEN!!

At this stage, do not send 'fluff'. Only send what is asked for, and pay attention to whether you are filing under the 3- or 5-year option. Different things are asked for in each case. What you can do though, is accumulate your fluff and take it with you to the interview .. just in case it's asked for. Generally this is only something people do if filing under the 3-year option. Good luck!

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father
2021
Apr 21 - Biometrics appt.

May 2 - Interview

May 20 - Naturalization ceremony

We are filing under the "3 year" option but I we have waited an extra year cause we couldn't submit last year...

We will accumulate the "fluff" an take it with us to the interview.
