I-485 Approval with mistake. Need help with I-90.

When I initially filed the I-485 form, I made a mistake on Part 2, 'Application Type' and selected F (which is for Cubans) instead of A.

I tried correcting it by calling USCIS and was asked to mail my request instead. I mailed my request which was then returned to me asking me to call. I discovered the mistake pretty late and right after, I received the notice for the Interview. At the interview, I asked the IO to make the change, which she did. Now, I have the approval letter which says that the I-485 was approved under the Section: Derivative under the Cuban Adjustment Act.

I've called them again, and now I'm being asked to fill up the I-90 form and send it to them. I'm not sure what exactly I need to do. The only option available to me on the form is 'Card has incorrect data due to USCIS error'.

Has anyone been in this situation before?

CR6 is the right code for a concurrent I-130/I-485 approval, so I'd say everything is fine and the letter only has a mistake.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
