So I pm supposed to have my interview Friday, however they bumped our cross country moving date and its very close to the interview date. What are the chances of them being able to change the date and office on such short notice ?

Is this for a removal of conditions? All you can do is ask. Worst they will say is no. Although it is pretty last minute to change an interview.
