I was at the embassy today for my daughters CRBA. She got approved on the spot and the guy only asked me 2 questions. The people I seen there for there ViSAS were mostly people that have been waiting for a long time from what I can see. Good luck to everybody!!

HI my friends.

I send via emil to nvc. FOR CASE UPDATE.

BUT I DID NOT get AUTO RESPONES.

ANY ONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

They no longer do auto response. It's been like that for a few months already. They still receive your emails so don't worry.

3 weeks after our interview and still no call to come pick up visa! Hoping to hear soon! Ya rab.......Looks like their 2-3 week estimate will end up taking longer than promised.

May God open the doors for all of you...

Anybody else have good things to share?

Dream Comes True - What kind of visa are you waiting for?

We had a first interview on November 20, 2013 but were put under AP cuz our Avvidavit of Support did not suffice because he had done it for too many ppl already, so we sent in a new AOS to the embassy via DHL and it was reviewed and accepted in April and finally just now we got an appointment alhamdililah! :)

Mabruk congraulations ?

Thank you! ♥

Hey does anyone know wat would count as proof of domicile?

First of all congratulations for the call back, it's about time. Secondly, proof of domicile for the us embassy of Yemen would be a utility bill like electricity or gas. Hopefully it all goes well for you guys.

Yes all the NVC does is makes sure you provided everything and filled it out correctly they dont tell you whether or not they will be an accelted valid sponsor unfortunatley i found this out the hard way. He had done it for 7 ppl i think and his income was only 60,000 plus he had children it all depend on income, dependants he has, and who has has sponsored who are not yet US citizens. So if they have a really high income they can sponsor depending on that you check to see on the I-864 EZ form i think jus google sponsor requirments and it should show u the number of ppl and how much the income has to be based on that. :)

First of all thanks! Lol i kno rit it was killing us. Also i have never worked a day in my life nor do I have any bills in my name, or a bank account. I am a full time college student and i live with my parents who basically pay for everything until my husband comes into America so wat else do u think would be able to be valid proof. How about school records, medical records, random mail in my name with my home address, debit card that was issued to me from my college??
