We are leaving this Tuesday on the flight that stops in Qatar and then in Germany. I absolutely hate this flight but we had to take it for 2 reasons.

If we took the Jordanian flight that stops in Canada, my husband needs a visa for Canada. And the other Jordanian flight that stops in Chicago and then proceeds to Detroit... While in Chicago there's only a 3 hour lay over. My sister (RAli22) and her husband took this flight and they took so long processing her husbands papers and visa in Chicago that the plane to Detroit left them. They had to wait for the next plane to Detroit.

And then there's the Emirates, which is the best flight available in my opinion. But prices are starting around $850 for this one.

So Lufthansa it is...
